Audeliz Pollock brings 4 years of experience in Operations to Hadley. After graduating from Rutgers University’s School of Engineering, Audeliz began his career working for Johnson & Johnson (“J&J”) in their Accounts Receivable department where he managed one of J&J’s largest customer accounts. Using his quantitative skills, Audeliz was able to identify and correct a crediting issue worth over $1 million for the company.
At the beginning of 2010, Audeliz joined United Phosphorus, Inc. (“UPI”) as a Supply Chain Planner, managing the production and logistics of UPI’s products. His primary responsibilities included ensuring that all raw materials are procured to begin production, sub-contractor coordination, production cost estimating, and logistics.
Audeliz is currently a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of New Jersey and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, a member of the Family Selection Committee for Habitat for Humanity of Burlington County, a member of Young Leaders Group of the Urban Land Institute, and a 2013 Managing Leaders for Tomorrow MBA Prep Fellow.
